Main features 1. Pneumatic open/close drying hood in safe design, enclosed up/down drying hoods reduce the residual impregnant at maximum and also make the web pulling conveniently.
2. Rewind rotary turret with the web-pressed roller, and reel is braced with shaftless cones or pneumatic shaft.
3. Independent double-arm dual-working position rotary turret, and single- working position is used for the 2nd alfoil unwinding.
4. Laminating roller is driven independently; close-loop tension control makes the films laminated at the same tension and the finished product is very smooth and tidy.
5. Imported EPC system assures the unwinding web edge tidy.

7. The design has the ideas of safety and environment protection; early-volatilized solution is discharged before going into the drying hood. |
